How do you introduce the very first high-rise towers in a city traditionally known for low-density housing? You don’t just tell people to look up; you take them there.
Strike Media partnered with Alashraaf Developments to launch Quest Towers, the first vertical luxury living concept in Obour City. The goal was to visualize a lifestyle that literally and metaphorically takes residents “a step above” (Khatwa Le Fo2).
We crafted a narrative-driven TVC that blurs the line between a sales pitch and a daydream.
The “Life Above” Concept: The creative direction focused on elevation. Every scene reinforced the idea of being “above” the noise—from the Sky Padel Court to the Flying Health & Wellness Center. We used high-angle shots and sweeping drone cinematography to give the viewer a sense of vertigo-inducing luxury.
Seamless Smart Integration: Instead of a dry tech demo, we integrated the “Smart” features into the character’s flow. We showed the ease of Smart Parking and Voice-Activated Home Control (“Alexa, activate relax mode”) as essential tools for a stress-free life, rather than just gimmicks.
Meta-Narrative: We injected humor by having the characters interact with the “sales” voice, acknowledging that the project’s selling points (The View, The Bridge, The Location) are so strong, “the project sells itself.”
Launching the “First Towers in Obour City” came with distinct communication hurdles:
Changing Perceptions: We had to shift the market’s perception of Obour City from standard residential living to a hub of modern, high-tech luxury.
Visualizing the “Unseen”: The project features unique architectural concepts like “Flying” gyms and pools. The challenge was to depict these elevated amenities realistically without them looking like sci-fi concepts.
The “Smart” Cliché: Many developments claim to be “smart.” We needed to show, not just say, how smart features (like automated parking and Alexa integration) actually solve daily frictions.
Market Positioning: Successfully established Quest Towers as the premier luxury address in Obour City.
Visual Clarity: The “Flying” amenities were clearly communicated, creating a unique selling proposition (USP) that separated the project from local competition.
High Engagement: The mix of lifestyle aspirations with relatable couple dynamics created a highly shareable commercial asset.
Quest Towers required a campaign that matched its architectural ambition. By combining high-end visual effects with grounded storytelling, Strike Media didn’t just advertise a building; we introduced a new tier of living.
