Ritz New Zayed is a premium residential project positioned as the ultimate intersection of convenience and luxury. Located just minutes from Sphinx Airport and the road to the North Coast (Sahel), it promises a lifestyle that is both connected and serene.
Strike Media was tasked with creating a launch campaign that would break the mold of traditional, slow-paced real estate ads. We needed a concept that highlighted the project’s strategic location (proximity to Sahel) while showcasing its unique architectural features, all wrapped in a narrative that would engage a younger, dynamic audience.
Emphasize Proximity: The primary goal was to visually and narratively prove that Ritz New Zayed is the “closest home to your holiday.” We needed to show that the commute from the North Coast is practically non-existent.
Showcase Value & Innovation: Beyond location, we had to highlight the specific product USPs: the “Mega Townhouse” with its Sky Pool, the expansive greenery, and the aggressive payment plan (30% discount over 10 years).
Viral Engagement: To ensure the ad traveled further than paid reach, we utilized the comedic persona of Ahmed El Wakil. The objective was to create a skit that felt like organic content rather than a hard sell.
Balancing Comedy with Commercials: The script relied on a “bathroom emergency” gag to drive the urgency of the plot. The challenge was to ensure the humor didn’t overshadow the product. We had to weave the selling points (greenery, price, sky pool) naturally into the dialogue of a distracted character.
Visualizing “Affordable Luxury”: The offer was highly competitive (a villa for the price of an apartment). We needed to shoot the property in a way that looked undeniably expensive and high-end to create a “shock value” contrast with the mentioned price point.
The “Speed” Narrative: conveying the short travel time from the North Coast without boring driving shots. We achieved this through the high-energy entrance and the premise of “breaking the time record.”
The campaign delivered a high-energy, humorous commercial that successfully landed key messages while entertaining the viewer.
Relatable Storytelling: By using the universal “post-road-trip urgency” scenario, we grabbed immediate attention, allowing us to tour the property’s exterior, interior, and amenities naturally as the character rushed through them.
Product Spotlight: The “Mega Townhouse” with the Sky Pool was established as a hero product—a luxury feature usually reserved for palaces, now accessible in a townhouse format.
Call to Action: The contrast between the luxurious visuals and the “shocking” payment plan created a compelling hook for potential investors.
