Egypt Airshow Gala Dinner · Amestone

The grandeur of the Airshow — taken indoors, at Amestone’s table

Project Overview

Egypt’s International Airshow is one of the region’s most prestigious aerospace and defence gatherings — an event attended by government delegations, industry principals, military officials, and international business figures. Within that context, Amestone chose to host a Gala Dinner: a curated evening that would carry the prestige of the surrounding event while establishing the brand’s own distinct identity as a host of consequence.

Strike Media produced the Amestone Gala Dinner in full — from venue concept and table design through technical production, lighting, and the programme direction that transformed a formal dining occasion into a genuinely memorable brand moment. The production brief required an environment that was luxurious without ostentation, ceremonial without rigidity, and calibrated to the specific social register of the Airshow’s senior attendee profile.

An Airshow gala is not a consumer event. Every production decision — décor, lighting temperature, sound levels, service pacing — was made with the understanding that the room contained people accustomed to the highest standards of institutional hospitality.

/ Objectives

  • VIP Protocol Delivery: Host a room of defense officials, aviation sector principals, and government delegates to a standard that matched the diplomatic weight of their attendance.

  • Brand Positioning: Establish Amestone as a host of distinction within the Egypt International Airshow ecosystem — the Gala Dinner as a brand signal as significant as the booth on the exhibition floor.

  • Relationship Architecture: Design an evening paced and structured to facilitate introductions, bilateral conversations, and the informal engagement that high-value B2B relationships depend on.

  • Production Authority: Deliver an event that a room experienced to international diplomatic hospitality standards found genuinely impressive — no detail that could be questioned, no moment that fell below the occasion.

/ Challenges

  • Protocol-Sensitive Guest Profile: A room containing government officials and senior military figures requires a different production sensitivity — in seating arrangement, programme pacing, and the management of the evening’s formal moments — compared to a consumer or corporate gala.

  • Airshow Environment: The Sphinx Airport area during the airshow is a high-security, high-logistics environment. Load-in, supplier access, and on-night logistics had to be coordinated within constraints that do not apply to standard hotel or convention-centre events.

  • Brand Differentiation in a Prestigious Setting: The Airshow itself carries significant prestige. The gala had to feel like an Amestone event, not merely an Airshow dinner — the brand’s identity present and legible throughout, not subsumed by the event it was nested within.

/ Final Outcome

  • The Amestone Gala Dinner at the Egypt International Airshow delivered a brand moment of genuine distinction — an evening that placed Amestone’s name and identity in the room with Egypt’s most influential aerospace and defence attendees.

    • Diplomatic Hospitality Standard: The evening was received as a genuine expression of Amestone’s standing in the industry — a Gala that guests referenced as the benchmark for the airshow’s social programme.

    • Brand Statement: Amestone’s presence at the Egypt International Airshow was defined by two productions — the Gala Dinner and the exhibition booth — placing the company’s identity at the centre of the event’s most significant moments.

    • Relationship Outcomes: The structured informality of the evening facilitated introductions and bilateral engagements that a booth visit or conference session alone could not have generated.
